I know "Justice delayed is justice denied", but let's hope this report finally delivers some justice for all those poor innocent victims. All the people who have contributed to this report deserve huge

Absolutely. In fact I've just received an email from Rupert (this was sent to all who helped crowdfund the inquiry). This should make the guilty very nervous. Rupert is going to use Parliamentary Privilege to "name names". Here's an extract from the email-

I know this is harrowing material, but all right-thinking people should be fully informed about this issue. The government's statutory inquiry has already become a bad joke. What has happened is an atrocity, a stain on our country's history. The report is an indictment on the entire British Establishment which is exposed as cowardly, pathetic and morally bankrupt.

I think that number is way too low, in all honesty.
I read somewhere on here that the first reported incident was back in 1956.
Fathers who tried to rescue their daughters were arrested.
